"From Campus To Career" is a series of six 90 minute modules development for school leavers and graduates entering the workplace, navigating new settings and preparing them for success in the early chapter of their careers.

The "New Horizons" programme is for those looking to develop from individual contributors to effective people mangers that hit the ground running in the first 90 days. This 4 x 90-minute,modules, providing participants with a comprehensive mindset, skillset and toolset to overcome this challenge.
The "License to Lead" programme is designed to develop essential leadership habits for new managers (beyond the first 90 days). This eight 90 minute modular programme consists of high impact challenges, providing participants with the development solutions that will help them grow effective habits in their new roles.
